GIG BASICS

1. Is this a real work-from-home opportunity?

Yes — this is real remote customer service work as a 1099 Independent Contractor. You choose your client, your hours, and how much you want to work.

2. Is this a job or a gig?

This is a gig-style contracting role, NOT traditional employment.
That means:

  • No boss watching over you

  • No required schedule

  • No W2

  • You choose your client + hours

  • You control your own income

3. What kind of work will I be doing?

Customer service tasks such as phone support, chat support, email support, and general customer care — depending on the client you choose.

PAY + HOURS

4. How much can I earn?

  • English-only projects: $10–$14/hr

  • Bilingual Spanish projects: $16/hr
    Pay varies based on the client you select.

5. When do I get paid?

You start receiving weekly pay after you complete certification and begin servicing your client.

6. How flexible are the hours?

Completely flexible. You pick your schedule based on client needs. Many projects offer day, evening, weekend, and part-time options.

ONBOARDING PROCESS

7. How long does it take to start?

Most people can start within 48 hours if they complete onboarding promptly.

8. What are the onboarding steps?

  1. Register with us - (10 minutes)

  2. Complete assessments + tech check - (60 minutes)

  3. Pick your client (Depends on you) 

  4. Complete prerequisites (ID, background check, etc.) (20 minutes)

  5. Start certification

  6. Begin servicing + earning

9. What equipment do I need?

  • Laptop or desktop

  • Stable internet connection

  • USB headset or Dial Pad 

  • Dual monitors (Some clients)**

  • Telephone lines VOIP or POTS (Some clients) **

  • Quiet workspace

10. Do I need experience?

No. Many projects are beginner-friendly, and we provide guidance every step of the way.

11. Do I get to choose my client?

Yes — you pick the project that fits your schedule, pay preference, and availability.

12. What kind of clients do you partner with?
